We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:Oversee all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
Ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively for resident comfort.
Review schematics and plans for any new projects or renovations within the facility.
Experience:
Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building maintenance practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
