Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor serves a vital, impactful role, responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue achievement, and ensuring strategic alignment between the client and the agency. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Media, and Delivery teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that generate client value and business growth.
As an Account Supervisor, you will leverage your strategic mindset, client expertise, and collaborative skills to guide the account, advocate for client needs, and deliver outstanding marketing performance. You’ll oversee integrated growth marketing initiatives, including content production, lead generation campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), digital media, and full-funnel program execution, ensuring all efforts align to measurable business outcomes. You are results-driven, highly collaborative, and dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Accountabilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Build trust through transparent, data-driven reporting on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations while maintaining timely, clear communication to sustain client satisfaction.
Revenue Target Achievement & Financial Oversight
Drive revenue goals by managing campaign performance and profitability. Own the financial management of assigned accounts, including project scoping, monthly revenue forecasting, budget monitoring, and ensuring campaigns stay within agreed financial targets.
Upsell & Expansion Opportunities
Leverage a strategic mindset to uncover new ways Catalyst can help clients achieve their goals. By understanding their industry and audience, guide them toward a growth marketing approach that aligns with their objectives. Anticipate needs and present solutions that extend beyond the immediate project scope. Drive the evolution from tactical execution to strategic partnership, turning short-term wins into long-term engagements and recurring revenue.
Client Alignment Assurance
Ensure consistent alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables. Translate client objectives, insights, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable Creative Briefs that guide the Delivery team’s creative, strategy, and media work to meet client goals.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment, preferably with B2B and tech clients
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and deliver revenue-focused marketing solutions
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting
- Residence in Denver, Colorado, is preferred
Compensation
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills
- Performance-based bonus with on-target earnings paying out at 10% of annual salary
