Part-Time Facility Cleaner — Catalyst Fitness
Fort Wayne, IN | Part-time | $13–$16/hour depending on experience and availability
Catalyst Fitness, a locally owned gym serving Fort Wayne for 20 years, is hiring part-time cleaners for our Northeast location. If you take pride in a space that looks and smells clean the moment someone walks in, we'd like to talk.
What you'll do
Work from our daily cleaning checklists to keep the facility member-ready: locker rooms, restrooms and showers, cardio and weight floors, equipment wipe-down, mirrors and glass, floors, front entry, and trash removal. Restock supplies and let management know when something needs repair.
Schedule
About 3–4 hours per day, 5 days per week. Most cleaning happens during daytime hours, and we have some flexibility on start times. Locker room cleaning is scheduled in blocks and assigned with member privacy in mind.
What we're looking for
Reliable and on time — this is the whole job. Able to work independently once trained, comfortable on your feet, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation.

If you're willing to take on light maintenance — minor repairs, equipment checks, painting occasionally, seasonal tasks including pulling / spraying weeds — we'll give your application extra weight and can expand your hours.
