Catalyst Coatings LLC is seeking a skilled technician with proven experience in epoxy, polyaspartic, or urethane floor coating systems. We’re looking for someone who knows the tools, understands surface prep, and takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.

CATALYST COATINGS LLC was founded on the principal of providing exceptional quality and customer service. We offer resin based flooring solutions for residential homes, and commercial spaces alike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Grinding and shot-blasting concrete substrates to spec.
  • Performing crack, joint, and patch repair using resin-based materials.
  • Installing multi-layer coating systems (Epoxy, Polyaspartic, Polyurea, and Urethane).
  • Handle on-site workflow, material handling, and communication with team leads.
  • Ensuring Catalyst Coatings’ quality standards are met on every project.

Crews are typically 1–4 techs depending on the job. Work spans Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience installing resin-based coatings (epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, etc.)
  • Skilled with grinders, HEPA vacuums, and surface-prep hand tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (trailer skills preferred).
  • Able to lift 60 lbs, and comfortable standing/kneeling for extended periods.
  • Clear communication, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work solo or with a small crew.
  • Great Attitude
