Responsibilities
Presentation & Content Development
- Build and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations for strategic initiatives, business reviews, leadership meetings, and internal communications
- Translate data, notes, and stakeholder inputs into clean, organized, and visually compelling slides
- Support updates and revisions to presentations based on leadership feedback
- Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, and overall presentation quality
- Assist in creating templates, charts, visuals, and summaries to support executive storytelling
- Gather, organize, and synthesize data and information from multiple teams and sources
- Support the strategy team with research, benchmarking, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
- Help coordinate timelines, materials, and deliverables across strategic projects
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and supporting documentation for ongoing initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
- Partner closely with Corporate Strategy team members to support high-priority initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs and maintain project momentum
- Operate with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in corporate, consulting, analytical, or business support roles
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Internship or early-career experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, marketing, or executive support environments
- Experience creating presentations for leadership or business audiences
- Strong visual communication and business storytelling instincts
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Delivers polished, accurate presentations with minimal oversight
- Helps the strategy team move faster by efficiently managing deck development and information gathering
- Produces high-quality work quickly and consistently
- Maintains strong organization across multiple concurrent projects
- Builds trust as a dependable execution partner for the Corporate Strategy team
- Very strong PowerPoint and formatting skills with an eye for detail
- Naturally organized and dependable
- Comfortable taking direction and running with assignments independently
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoys behind-the-scenes execution work that helps teams operate efficiently
- Able to take rough inputs and turn them into polished outputs quickly
