Position Overview
The Manager of Education Programs supports the planning, coordination, and execution of all internal and external education initiatives across Catalis Dental Lab Partners. This role ensures that training programs, clinician education, and internal skill-building activities are organized, scheduled, and delivered consistently using internal technical experts, clinical advisors, vendor partners, and external subject matter experts (SMEs).
The Manager focuses on operational execution—maintaining calendars, coordinating instructors, supporting event logistics, and ensuring materials, communication, and documentation are prepared accurately and on time. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality education experiences across the Catalis network.
This role offers the opportunity to expand into a more senior leadership position for candidates whose experience and qualifications exceed the current scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Education Program Coordination
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating education initiatives across divisions.
- Maintain and update the roster of internal experts, KOLs, vendor trainers, and external SMEs.
- Support matching instructors to program needs based on topic, expertise, and availability.
- Maintain the Catalis Education Calendar and distribute updates to relevant teams.
2. Internal Training & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate internal training sessions with internal specialists in areas such as CAD/CAM, digital workflows, production, materials, operations, and customer experience.
- Support onboarding programs across divisions, ensuring resources and schedules are prepared.
- Maintain an organized repository of training materials, SOPs, videos, and workflow content.
- Track attendance, participation, completion, and feedback for all internal training programs.
3. Clinical & Customer Education Coordination
- Schedule clinician-facing educational programs in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and clinical advisors.
- Coordinate communication among instructors, attendees, internal teams, and vendor partners.
- Manage CE-related administrative tasks such as attendance logs, certificates, compliance documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Assist with logistics and preparation for hands-on courses, including materials, equipment, and room setup.
4. Education Event Logistics & Support
- Assist in planning and executing education events including CE courses, workshops, study clubs, digital dentistry programs, and internal training days.
- Coordinate event logistics: venues, travel, materials, equipment, registration, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support event collateral, communications, and promotional needs.
- Track event expenses and support vendor-sponsored program coordination.
5. Vendor, Partner & SME Administration
- Support coordination with implant partners, scanner manufacturers, materials vendors, and other industry partners.
- Assist in scheduling, agreements, and communication with external SMEs and instructors.
- Ensure instructors receive necessary event details, workflow expectations, and program guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, Dental Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in education coordination, training support, event management, or dental/medical education preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
- Experience working with SMEs, clinicians, vendors, or technical instructors is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and clinical teams.
- Familiarity with dental, dental lab, or digital dentistry workflows preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel regionally/nationally to support education events. (up to 30%)
