- Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage computer systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of operating systems such as Windows and working environments.
- Assist with computer management tasks like inventory tracking, hardware repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Support network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to maintain secure connectivity.
- Conduct software troubleshooting for applications like Microsoft Office 365 and other essential business tools.
- Support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure components including switches, routers, servers, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Proven experience in providing IT support or desktop support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and other environments.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and common business software troubleshooting.
- Experience with computer hardware repair and management of IT infrastructure components.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users with excellent customer service skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or relevant vendor-specific credentials are a plus but not required.
