The Storytelling Coordinator assists in capturing and sharing the Cat & Cloud story. This position is one part creative and one part administrative. 

Skills Needed

• Love of story. You already create story-driven content in some capacity.
• Storytelling eye. You capture moments with the bigger project goals in mind while still seeing magical moments as they happen.
• Proficiency with FCPX and Adobe Creative Suite video, photo, and audio editing systems. 
• Gear knowledge. Proficient with video, photo, and audio equipment. 
• Organized. You keep your gear, files, and workspace neat and organized. You deliver on schedule. 
• Process-Driven. You don’t wait for inspiration to strike, but are rather inspired and energized by the process of creating. 
• Flexible: You enjoy experimentation and creating in environments that are new and interesting.
• Collaborative and self-driven. You enjoy both sides of the coin: The collaborative process of working with a team and the independent process of managing the administrative side of your work.
• Enjoys Creative Feedback. You welcome critiques and enjoy seeing things through the eyes of the people you hope to serve. 
• Comfortable utilizing and learning AI tools to assist in workflow processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video assets 
• Shortform visual content: photos and videos for Instagram and other social platforms
• Long-form AV content: Podcast 
• Long-form Video content and photo sets: Documentaries and brand pieces. 
• Social Media
• Manage all social channels following C&C protocol and voice requirements
• YouTube
• Manage YouTube (uploading, scheduling, posting, review, monetization)
• Podcast
• Setting up, editing, uploading, and promoting Cat & Cloud podcast
• Scheduling podcast guests 
• Manage podcast monetization
• Break down podcasts into short-form reels/shorts 
• Manage photo and video storage 
• Maintain an organized, easy-to-access photo and video bank
• Build a bank of C&C “stock” footage.
• Utilize assets (photo, video, design) created by the Web and Advertising department as necessary
• Manage special projects as necessary

Reports To: Head of Storytelling (Chris Baca)

Works With: Head of Storytelling, Head of Design

Hours: Part-time, 20 hrs/week

Pay Range: $22.81 - 28.85/hr
