Accounts Officer

We are hiring an Accounts Officer with maximum of 7 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, import & export procedures, customs documentation and stock management (inward/outward).

Immediate joiners or those with less than 30 days' notice will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and

reconciliations

Manage import and export transactions and ensure compliance with customs

regulations

Prepare and verify customs documentation, invoices, and shipping

documents

Monitor and manage stock movements (inward/outward) and maintain accurate inventory records

Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other relevant financial

regulations

Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams during

audits

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Maximum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Good knowledge of import/export processes and customs

compliance

Must have experience in inventory/stock management (inward /outward movement)

Tally Knowledge must

Well versed in MIS reports

Handle intercompany books and transaction processes

Independently manage book finalization

Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days
