- Assist with daily activity and recreation programs for residents
- Lead and support group and 1:1 activities (arts & crafts, games, music, outings)
- Encourage participation and build relationships with residents
- Help plan and post monthly activity calendars
- Support community events and family engagement activities
- Assist with Resident Council meetings and volunteer programs
- Maintain activity supplies and track participation/documentation
- Work closely with nursing staff to support resident needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in long-term care, activities, or recreation preferred
- Experience working with seniors strongly preferred
- Energetic, compassionate, and patient personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Activities Certification (preferred)
- Experience with memory care or dementia activities
- Background in recreation, therapy, or social services
