Castle & Cooke Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for a home purchase. Responsibilities include building relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community; managing borrower interactions to ensure a seamless, high-service transaction; counseling borrowers on loan product options; and ensuring origination activities are compliant with state and federal lending laws. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED, minimum of 1 year self-generating mortgage lending experience, strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and regulations, excellent communication and customer service skills, and maintaining an active MLO license with the NMLS and applicable state(s) in accordance with SAFE Act requirements.
