Castle & Cooke Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Producing Branch Manager to expand market presence, develop loan officers, and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for a home purchase. Responsibilities include increasing production and strengthening the CCM brand in the local market; leading, managing, and training loan officers; monitoring branch productivity and reporting as needed; recruiting and participating in training; implementing marketing and prospecting methods; ensuring origination activities comply with federal and state laws with zero tolerance for fraud; building referral relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community; managing borrower experience; and counseling borrowers on loan products. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, minimum of 3 years in the retail mortgage industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and maintaining an active MLO license with the NMLS and applicable state(s) in accordance with SAFE Act requirements.
