Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen and waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional support as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
• Set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services.
• Ensure that all utensils, plates, and glassware are properly cleaned and stored in designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
