Position SummaryAs a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities Include:- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assisting residents during meals
- Supporting medication and treatment administration as assigned
- Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
- Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Assisting with training and mentoring new team members
- Supporting resident health, safety, dignity, and overall well-being
- Performing other duties as assigned
This position includes evening shifts, every other weekend rotation, and occasional holidays.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age or High School students with CNA license
- Passion for serving seniors and helping others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- CBRF certifications preferred
- Medication Administration certification preferred
