We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead outreach, relationship-building, and growth efforts for our NHTD (Nursing Home Transition and Diversion) and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) waiver departments. This role focuses on developing referral networks, strengthening community partnerships, and promoting program awareness across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand program reach and visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities throughout lower Westchester.
Represent the organization at outreach events, conferences, and community meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
Track outreach performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or community outreach — preferably within healthcare, social services, or home care.
Knowledge of NHTD and TBI waiver programs (or willingness to learn quickly).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Willingness to travel throughout lower Westchester and surrounding areas.
