Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to join our competitive coaching staff, working with our XCEL or Development Program (DP) teams. This role is ideal for individuals who not only love the sport of gymnastics but are also driven to create a structured, positive, and motivating team environment. Opportunities available to serve as head coach across all 4 events or as an event specialist focusing on 2 events.
Our coaches play a critical role in shaping both the athletic and personal development of our gymnasts—helping them pursue excellence while building confidence, accountability, and strong team connections.

- Experience in gymnastics as an athlete or coach is required
- A high level of execution and attention to detail in planning and running practices
- A coach who is prideful about building strong team culture where athletes feel supported, motivated, and excited to be in the gym

- A desire to learn and develop as a coach
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured, high-quality practices for team athletes
- Provide clear, individualized instruction and corrections to support athlete development
- Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment
- Foster a strong team culture where athletes encourage and support each other
- Contribute to and help build team traditions and events that enhance the athlete experience
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding athlete progress and expectations
- Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure consistency and alignment across the program
Schedule
- Practices are held afternoons, evenings, and potentially weekends on a year round set schedule
- Year-round commitment aligned with the competitive season (teams compete in either the Fall or Spring season)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a competitive athlete or coaching gymnastics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs
- Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with athletes and helping them reach their goals
