Kitchen Night Cleaner

Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Position Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of industrial kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and exhaust hoods.
• Assist with final dishwashing duties during nightly kitchen breakdown, as needed.
• Complete nightly detailed cleaning of all primary kitchen areas, including under counters, tables, floors, and kitchen hood surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, walls, shelving units, and prep tables.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and maintain kitchen floors, including cleaning and clearing floor drains to ensure proper sanitation and prevent blockages.
• Manage waste disposal by emptying grease traps, removing trash, and sanitizing garbage and compost receptacles.
• Check out with the Night Cleaning Manager each evening prior to leaving the premises.
• Ensure all kitchen stations are properly cleaned and reassembled.
• Verify all equipment is returned to its designated location and properly plugged in.
• Conduct a final mop and inspection of the entire kitchen area before completion of shift.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
• Reliability: Ability to consistently work the required schedule of 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, five days per week.
• Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, remain focused, and maintain productivity in a self-managed environment.
• Safety Compliance: Strong knowledge of health department regulations, proper chemical handling procedures, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Equipment Operation: Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers, pressure washers, and commercial sanitizing tools.
