We are seeking an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team at Castle Keep Property Management. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in general maintenance who takes pride in quality workmanship and dependable service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance at residential and/or commercial properties
- Complete work orders efficiently, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and propose effective solutions
- Conduct property inspections and report any safety concerns or repair needs to the property manager
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow company safety guidelines
- Interact professionally with tenants, owners, and team members
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Company vehicle provided during working hours
- 5 years of general maintenance experience (property management or trades background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Must pass background check
