As a Senior Scientist, you will drive the generation and communication of scientific evidence supporting Castle Biosciences' dermatologic oncology products. You'll collaborate across R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Program Management, and Data Analytics to transform complex clinical and molecular data into meaningful insights that inform patient care and business strategy. As a Senior Scientist, you will drive the generation and communication of scientific evidence supporting Castle Biosciences' dermatologic oncology products. You'll collaborate across R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Program Management, and Data Analytics to transform complex clinical and molecular data into meaningful insights that inform patient care and business strategy. Key Areas of Focus
- Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
- Scientific communication through publications and presentations
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- External scientific partnerships and KOL engagement
- PhD in life sciences or a master's degree with at least 5 years of industry experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills (with proficiency in the English language)
- Demonstrated independent writing experience in generating scientific deliverables (abstracts, posters, short oral presentations, etc.), with first-hand experience in the publication process
- Demonstrated experience with clinical data analysis and statistics
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and function effectively in a fast-paced environment

- A typical work schedule is Monday through Friday (40 hours per week), working from the Friendswood, TX headquarters or Pittsburgh, PA.
- Off-hour work will be required, at times, to attend conferences and facilitate communication and meet deadlines. Travel may be up to 10% of time.
