Position Overview
As a Date Entry Specialist, you’ll serve as a key liaison between project managers, and engineering teams. You will manage client inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and support the flow of project deliverables.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries across phone, email, and internal systems.
- Coordinate communication across clients, project managers, engineers, and internal teams.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve customer requests efficiently.
- Maintain organized customer records and project documentation.
- Support scheduling, project updates, and coordination of deliverables.
- Prepare documents, perform data entry, and generate reports.
- Provide proactive updates on timelines, deliverables, and service requests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor incoming inquiries and manage workload based on urgency.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client information.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all communications and tasks.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties, including limited weekend support.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, engineering support, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Experience in engineering, construction, utilities, or technical consulting is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
