The schedule is Monday - Friday from 10:00AM - 7:00PM EST and alternating weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the HVAC Install Department, including: receive and process incoming orders for materials or services such as repairs and installations. Generally receives orders via mail, phone, fax, or other electronic means. Other duties include informing customers of receipt, prices, service dates, and delays; preparing contracts; coordinating HVAC Install Technician schedules; and handling complaints.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.
- Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as contracted prices, service dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
- Direct specified departments or units to prepare orders for designated customers.
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
- Attempt to sell additional merchandise or services to prospective or current customers by telephone or mail.
- File copies of orders received, or post orders on records.
- Confer with technicians, sales, or warehouse to expedite or trace customer orders.
