CCC provides services across the state of North Dakota including in Fargo, Bismarck, and Dickinson.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in line with CCC requirements.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency and consistency.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
- Track performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and brainstorm with management on areas of improvement.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to meet health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the HR and finance departments on payroll, staff issues, and budgeting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (scheduling software, gmail, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in a management role is a bonus, but we are happy to train you.
