Dispatcher

Cassell Brothers Home Services is a residential service company occasionally doing light commercial work. We are in the business of helping people, but we offer a schedule that gives you plenty of time with your family, because we can all agree that family is the most important thing we have. Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs
• Using telephones and/or text messages to contact technicians, field supervisors, and managers
• Preparing daily duties such as schedules and work orders
• Overseeing communications with company assigned territories and municipalities
• Track and route driver locations using specialized software
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and resolve any issues
• Relaying information such as work orders to technicians, field supervisors, and managers

Requirements:

• Dispatching experience is required.
• Outstanding decision-making and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and mostly independent.
• High school diploma/GED

Working Conditions:

This job is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as interaction with staff, technicians, and vendors.
