JOB SUMMARY

Cassel, a leading vehicle graphics company, is on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer who's equal parts creative powerhouse and production pro. You'll lead design meetings and work with clients to design bold concepts for everything from vehicle wraps to signs and decals, and bring ideas to life with precision and flair. Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of color accuracy and proofing are highly valued in this role.   • GRAPHIC DESIGN

  • Conduct creative meetings with clients to drive design direction

  • Develop concepts or adapt existing designs for vehicle graphics, signs, banners, logos, etc. in line with Cassel and client's brand standards
  • Generate social media ideas and execute content creation for Cassel's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Able to rationally communicate and present design concepts to clients and Design Manager
  • Seeks collaboration and feedback: able to provide and receive critical feedback
  • Create proofs / print samples for client review
  • Responsible for own job queue and prioritizing design work to stay on target with deadlines
  • Maintain general and professional aesthetics and organization of personal desk space

  • CLIENT SATISFACTION

  • Conduct Creative Meetings with clients alongside CSRs

  • Avoid errors in proofing and design
  • Thoroughly read job orders and fully understand the direction of a project
  • Balance the client's desires with realistic execution
  • Identify potential color or image issues that will need to be addressed with the client and be willing to discuss capabilities or limitations of technologies in a knowledgeable manner

  • MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Collaborate with the Design Manager and Marketing Team to capture and curate engaging social media content that aligns with brand strategy.

  • Design promotional materials for special events, ensuring visual consistency and appeal across all touchpoints.
  • Develop internal collateral such as decals, branded merch, and signage, to support company-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Willing to assist with training new hires

  • Can effectively sustain high performance within the design department by fostering collaboration, prioritizing key initiatives, and maintaining creative momentum
  • Help identify and solve departmental issues
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1's
  • Stay up to date on current design trends and software capabilities to pursue individual and team growth

EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years of related experience in the design / print industry
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • Social media experience is a plus
  • Photography / videography experience is a plus
