Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with high energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality..
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate bar equipment safely and follow best practices for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
- Collaborate with the culinary and floor teams to ensure a cohesive and vibrant dining experience.
- Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Participate in special events, tastings, and nightlife activations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
