- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS certification within six months of hire

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with the Epic electronic health record system

Essential Job Functions
-
Provides high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy appointments.

Create a therapeutic that establishes a positive, trusting rapport with patients.

Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.

Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.

Provides consultation for and collaborates with other departments, supporting crisis care.

Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirementsPerforms other duties as needed.
