In this vital role, you won’t just be managing files—you’ll be shaping the employee experience. You will be the friendly first point of contact for our team, guiding new hires through onboarding, managing benefits, and keeping our operations flawlessly compliant.
Work Schedule: M-F 7:30a-4p or 8a-4:30p
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Guide: Welcome new talent, assist the Generalist in leading a seamless onboarding experiences, and be the go-to guru for employee benefits, leaves, and general policies.
- Keep Us Organized: Maintain top-tier employee records and provide stellar administrative support to the HR team using advanced data entry.
- Fuel Our Mission: Champion corporate compliance, uphold strict HIPAA standards, and foster a positive workplace culture rooted in our core values.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. (HR Certification is a huge plus!)
- Tech Savvy: Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Products and HRIS
- Superpowers: A highly organized, critical thinker who can handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment with zero errors.
- Mindset: A self-starter who works brilliantly alone or as a collaborative teammate, backed by excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: Solid, practical understanding of HR laws, regulations, and HIPAA compliance.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
