Job description:
Cass County Animal Hospital is a well-established, privately owned, face-paced mixed animal practice, with 70% small animal and 30% large animal (equine, small, and large ruminant), located in Logansport, IN. Our goal is to provide high-quality veterinary service in a personable and accommodating manner. We have many longstanding, loyal clients who have entrusted us to care for their pets from puppy/kitten stage to their senior years. We are a close drive to Lafayette, Kokomo, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis. We have lakes that are nearby for boating/fishing and several places that offer a nice hiking experience.
What we are looking for:
· Full or part-time associate
· Interested in practicing mixed or small animal medicine. A truck will be provided for farm call use
· Compassionate, team player, & strong communicator
· Proficient in general medicine and surgery (many soft tissue procedures and some orthopedics)
· 4-day work week with some Saturdays (making a 3-day weekend twice a month)
· Experience preferred but willing to hire new graduates and senior veterinary students upon graduation.
