Associate Veterinarian – Kokomo, IN | Small Animal Practice | Mentorship Available
Kokomo Animal Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established small animal practice.

About the Role
We are looking for a team-oriented Associate Veterinarian who is:
- Passionate about small animal medicine and surgery
- Interested in collaborative, progressive veterinary care
- Comfortable with (or eager to learn) soft tissue surgery
- Open to continued learning and professional development
Strong Mentorship available, including hands-on surgical guidance and case collaboration.
Bonus Opportunity:
While we currently focus on dogs and cats, we are open to expanding into exotics (pocket pets, reptiles, birds) if that aligns with your interests.
Hospital & Equipment
Practice high-quality medicine with modern tools:
- IDEXX in-house lab (Catalyst Dx, LaserCyte, SNAPshot Dx, Sedivue)
- Daily reference lab access
- Digital radiography (including Progeny dental X-ray)
- Surgical laser
- Ultrasound (non-Doppler)
- Fiberscope
- Fully equipped surgical suite (2 monitoring stations)
- Dedicated dental suite with full monitoring
- 6 exam rooms separate treatment area
- In-house online pharmacy

Schedule & Flexibility
- Full-time preferred, part-time options available

Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
