Job Title: Digital Producer & Videographer
Location: Decatur, Illinois
Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) | Full-Time possibility
The Graphic Designer/ Content Creator at Cass Concepts is responsible for developing, designing, and executing engaging, brand-aligned content for clients, campaigns, and internal initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This role relies heavily on graphic design, content creation, and platform-native storytelling, with the ability to produce polished assets that connect meaningfully with audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
As a growing, community-rooted agency, Cass Concepts operates as an extension of our clients’ marketing and public relations teams. The Content Creator plays a vital role in that relationship by delivering high-quality content that reflects each client’s voice, goals, and audience while upholding Cass Concepts’ creative standards. This position requires creativity, adaptability, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset, along with the ability to contribute independently to campaigns and content pipelines.
Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Capture and incorporate basic photography and short-form video content as needed to support Stories, Reels, Ads, and other social-first formats
- Design and produce high-quality graphic and visual content for client campaigns and internal agency initiatives, including social media graphics, digital ads, web visuals, email graphics, presentations, and branded marketing materials
- Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Translate campaign concepts, messaging, and creative direction into visually compelling content that supports storytelling and performance goals
Multi-Format & Platform Execution
- Adapt and resize content into multiple formats and orientations (vertical, square, horizontal) to meet platform and placement requirements
- Ensure content aligns with platform best practices, including aspect ratios, readability, captioning, hashtag usage, and SEO-friendly elements
- Prepare and optimize final assets for delivery across social media, web, email, and paid campaigns
- Brainstorm campaign and content ideas in collaboration with the creative and account teams
- Assist with creating, scheduling, updating, and maintaining social media content calendars
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and prepare reports or insights related to engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to inform content strategy and execution
- Work collaboratively with internal team members across Cass Concepts and its affiliated divisions to support client deliverables, campaign execution, and agency initiatives, while maintaining clear communication, accountability, and adherence to established workflows
- Adapt to shifting priorities and assist where needed to support clients, campaigns, and agency initiatives
- Communicate professionally with team members regarding timelines, deliverables, feedback, and revisions
- Organize, label, and manage creative assets in accordance with internal workflows and file management standards
- Maintain consistency across client brands by adhering to established brand guidelines, visual identities, and style standards
- Proofread and review content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism prior to publishing or delivery
● Maintain proper care, organization, and accountability for all company equipment including computers, cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, SD cards, batteries, and accessories
- Demonstrated experience in content creation and/or graphic design
- Familiarity with creating social media content, including static posts, Reels, and short-form video
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and content review
- Working knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Experience working with analytics tools and interpreting performance data
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, hashtag strategy, and content optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating design quality, platform adaptability, and brand alignment
Work Environment & Expectations
- Work is primarily performed in-office, with flexibility for approved remote work
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support campaigns, launches, or events
