Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team in Casper, WY. Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for evaluating residents, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance mobility and independence.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Design and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy services to improve strength, coordination, and overall physical performance
Document services provided in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care plan meetings and team collaboration
Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Educate residents and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
Active Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
In good standing with all relevant licensing boards
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar setting preferred
Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong dedication to quality care and clinical excellence
