Food & Beverage Server
The Server is responsible for serving guests. Specific duties include, but are not limited to greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guest checks, handling money, cleaning and set up of tables, cleaning, performing side work, and provide a high level of guest service. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions:
l Serving customers meals and drinks.
l Cleaning tables and service stations.
l Making coffee and tea.
l Stocking server station/snack bar and maintaining storage area.
l Duties of Dining/Snack Bar Cashier as needed.
l Duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
l Providing a high level of guest service.
l Any reasonable request made by management.
l Meeting attendance requirements of the job, and adhering to policies and procedures.
l Keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
l Performing all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
l Maintaining proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
Food & Beverage Cashier
The Cashier is responsible for greeting guests and performing all cashier duties. Specific duties include, but are not limited to greeting and seating customers, taking orders to go, collecting money for guest checks, setting up and maintaining salad bar, general cleaning, receiving guest comments and providing a high level of guest service. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions:
l Entering customer’s orders into register.
l Security of Dining and Snack Bar registers.
l Counting and balancing of register.
l Making coffee and tea for customers.
l Stocking server station or snack bar and maintaining storage area.
l Duties of Server as needed.
l Duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
l Providing a high level of guest service.
l Any reasonable request made by management.
l Meeting attendance requirements of the job, and adhering to policies and procedures.
l Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
l Performing all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
