Job Description:
As a Multi Game Dual Rate Dealer, you will be supporting the Table Games department. This position will report to the Table Games Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
- Assist in tracking play and game observation.
- Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of Dealing Policies and Gaming procedures for all games played on property. (21, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow and Three Card Poker).
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
- Must maintain excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests and fellow team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must pass an audition displaying adequate gaming skills in all games played.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must accurately balance chip bank.
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
- Must be flexible and able to work all shifts any weekend and holidays.
