What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fishing Rod Assembly position at Cashion Fishing Rods?
Cashion Rods is actively seeking individuals that work well with their hands, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy a positive team environment. A successful technician will be assigned to the rod wrapping station. This role will consist of treading guides onto various fishing rod blanks. This role requires the technician to work intricately with your hands to repetitively apply guides with thread, meet production timelines and goals, and additional tasks as directed related to building fishing rods and/or day to day operations. A successful candidate will work with machinery and very small parts throughout the building process. This station requires standing for long periods of time. No previous rod building experience is needed, only a positive attitude and willingness to work a detail oriented job.
