Cashion Rods is hiring Rod Building Technicians to handcraft fishing rods with uncompromising quality. A successful Technician will have an eye for detail, a heart for teamwork, and a desire to learn and understand the production process through cross-training. Technicians will work collaboratively and will consistently support the other members of the rod building team throughout the manufacturing processes. No previous rod building experience is needed, only a positive attitude and desire to produce a high quality, American made product. Cashion’s Fishing Rod Building Technicians are trained to be the best rod and blank builders on the planet!

*Pay depends upon manufacturing experience. Work day consists of 8am to 5pm M-F with an hour for lunch.
