Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, marketing, and collecting.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and ensure proper documentation of all data entries.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for all clients.
