Responsibilities
- Process the full range of motor vehicle transactions — titles, registrations, renewals, transfers, duplicate titles, plates, permits, and other ATP services — accurately and in full compliance with ADOT requirements
- Support day-to-day coordination with ADOT, including program questions and updates
- Review documentation (titles, lien releases, odometer disclosures, out-of-state titles, salvage titles) and resolve discrepancies before finalizing transactions
- Stay current on ADOT rules, fee schedules, and procedural changes across all transaction types
- Support and troubleshoot for other agents handling MVD transactions
- Assist with tracking transaction accuracy and turnaround, and flag potential issues for follow-upEnsure every transaction meets ADOT’s compliance and recordkeeping standards while providing responsive, professional and exceptional service to our customers
What You Bring
- Real, hands-on experience at ADOT or a licensed 3rd party MVD provider — this is the qualification that matters most
- Current or former ADOT certifications including; RACF, OJT, & Supervisor
- Broad working knowledge of Arizona motor vehicle transactions, not just titles and registrations
- High attention to detail — efficient and error free
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with staff and customers
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
