Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to standard
- Work multiple stations during service
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete prep lists accurately and on time
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
- Assist with inventory, labeling, rotation, and proper storage
- Support catering orders and high-volume events
- Help with opening and closing duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior kitchen experience (line cook, prep cook, or similar role preferred)
- Knife skills and basic cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
