Over time available Responsibilities: keep the buffet stocked and clean, wipe stations, rl, clear tables, and help guests with basic questions. No experience needed — we’ll train. Responsibilities
- Prepare and replenish buffet stations with fresh, appealing food items, ensuring variety and presentation meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the buffet area, including wiping down surfaces, sanitizing utensils, and managing waste disposal in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and arranging dishes to ensure efficient service flow
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including warming trays, chafing dishes, and basic cooking tools
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting food trays and supplies while adhering to weight handling safety guidelines
- Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
