Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with functional tasks and therapeutic activities
- Support safe use of adaptive equipment and positioning techniques
- Monitor patient response and report changes to the OT
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
