Job Title: Trucking / Diesel Mechanic
Location: Vancouver, WA
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting, experienced Trucking Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This position requires flexibility to work a swing shift schedule and provide mechanical support at two company locations as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in diagnosing and repairing commercial trucks and trailers.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, and driveline components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Complete work orders and maintenance records in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Travel between two company locations as required.
- Respond to maintenance needs to help minimize vehicle downtime.
Requirements:
- Experience as a truck, diesel, or fleet mechanic preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a shop environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation between work locations.

- Swing Shift Only
- Must be available to work at both company locations as needed main location for maintenance would be Vancouver, WA.
