JOB SUMMARY:
Onsite or Remote option| Full time Sales/Customer Service Department.
Case Paper is a leading supplier to the printing and packaging industries, known for quality products, strong partnerships, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our Florida team.
This role plays a key part in supporting our sales organization by managing customer accounts, preparing quotes, processing orders, and collaborating closely with both inside and outside sales partners. While onsite, full-time work in Miami is preferred, remote work is available for qualified Florida-based sales/customer service professionals within the industry.

Owning the customer relationship through the support of our outside sales reps and being the liaison for our customers is the daily game. The standard cookie cutter duties are below but remember, “Owning It” is what it is about.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers and prospects
- Prepare and manage quotes, estimates, and pricing/Maintain CRM records
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to support sales and growth with new or prospective customers
- Support inside and outside sales teams to drive growth and repeat business
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal systems to manage data and reporting
- Participate in product and process training to expand your skills
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field
(such as estimating, purchasing, or quote preparation) - Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: AS400 experience a plus
- Team-focused and growth-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
