- Follow all company safety procedures and GMP standards at all times.
- Assist in rendering operations, working with operations and maintenance teams.
- Operate or learn to operate an 18-wheeler and backup trailer.
- Operate a fork truck, Sky track fork truck, and skid steer.
- Load and unload trailers including fat tankers, blood tankers, open top, and hopper bottom trailers.
- Complete basic mathematical calculations for load sheets.
- Perform daily cleaning duties as part of routine responsibilities.
- Climb stairs or ladders as required for loading and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Rendering Management.
- Ability to learn and safely operate rendering equipment and vehicles.
- Ability to complete basic math tasks for load sheets.
- Ability to work effectively in hot or cold environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, skid steer, etc.) preferred but not required.
