Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with commercial clients across assigned territories. In this position, the Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact, ensuring service quality, timely communication, and alignment with customer needs and expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring service performance, coordinating with operations teams and service partners, addressing client inquiries and issues, and preparing regular reports on account status and service outcomes. The role also involves identifying opportunities for additional services, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
