Responsibilities
- Manage and support staff members to ensure effective team performance and development.
- Oversee daily operations of programs, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to organizational standards.
- Facilitate group activities, workshops, and collaborative sessions to promote engagement and progress.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align program objectives with organizational strategies.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets related to various projects within the program scope.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, partners, and team members involved in program activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing operational activities within a program or project environment.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading group discussions or workshops.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior experience in a Program Manager role or similar position is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in management, business administration, or related fields is advantageous.
- LADC, CADC is required
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
