About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Accounting Manager to join our home office team in Eagle, ID. In this role, you will lead and support members of the accounting team while owning financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and consistency across operations. This is a highly service-oriented position that partners closely with our facilities, home office teams, and organizational leaders, requiring clear communication, strong collaboration, and a commitment to supporting our field teams.

What You’ll Do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and own monthly financial statements
- Review journal entries and financials prepared by team members
- Conduct technical accounting research and implement solutions
- Partner with external auditors and support annual audit processes
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with tax filings (federal, state, and local)
- Support expense reporting and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Oversee fixed assets and personal property reporting as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization
- Identify and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 5 years of accounting experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- CPA license preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
