At Our Rockingham Plant You Can Develop Your Full Potential, Sustainably, by Applying Your Expertise Within Our Tissue Division Of Our Team As a Process Engineer
- Lead and support process engineering initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Drive cost‑setting and improvement projects, including analysis of raw materials, chemicals, and process inputs.
- Manage the chemical program, including chemical inventory, usage optimization, vendor coordination, and compliance.
- Review, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield.
- Support automation and process control improvements to reduce variability and improve production outcomes.
- Apply structured problem‑solving and data analysis to identify root causes and sustain long‑term improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree required in:
- Paper Science
- Chemical Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Or a related technical discipline
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
- Paper Mill experience Desired.
- Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
