- Base Salary for MAINTENANCE PLANNER $80 plus Profit Sharing

- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting
- Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards
- Knowledge of the corrugated industry is a definite an asset
