- Base Salary Range for Asset Owner is starting at $77K
- Compensation is based on qualifications that align with the requirements
At our facility in Wagram NC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within our team as the Asset Owner:
- Lead and engage the production team using a servant‑leadership approach; coach employees and build a collaborative floor presence.
- Drive a safety‑first culture, performing audits and maintaining a clean, orderly, compliant work environment.
- Facilitate effective Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings and support planning to ensure clear communication and 24‑hour operational readiness.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
- Coach and mentor employees, support training plans, and promote continuous improvement, capturing and following up on CI actions.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve daily issues, support workflow efficiency, and improve equipment performance (OEE).
- Support production standards and audits (HACCP, SQF) in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate rigor, initiative, and strong problem‑solving across daily operations.

Requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience with a history of team development, creating a culture of engagement and people-focused strategies.
- Secondary education required
- Available to participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24/7 operations
- Experience in manufacturing Environment required
- Familiar with Lean principles with the ability to address production challenges and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
