- Base Salary for PRODUCTION MANAGER is: $95k - $140k
- Salary based on relevant experience, strengths and requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the converting team, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the converting process, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPI’s to senior management.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related technical degree
- 5 Years of progressive leadership & learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Servant leadership mindset with experience building and developing teams in the manufacturing sector.
- A collaborative spirit that inspires and engage teams to achieve excellence.
- Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP experience.
- Paper manufacturing experience, specifically in converting operations.

Salary : $95,000 - $140,000
